Sroka Property Services Ltd was commissioned to work on this beautiful house in Bladon.
The work included an extension and alterations to existing interior floors and walls. All together 12 steal beams were installed inside this property.
This project includes rear extension with 5 Velux windows and 4 meters Bi-folding door.
Various existing interior walls were removed and then decorated to a high standard.
All downstairs existing electrical and plumbing was re-rutted. Approx. 100m2 underfloor heating was laid with porcelain tiles finish to the floor.
Custom made carpentry in a new study room was created by Sroka Property Services Ltd.
Existing kitchen was re-located from the front to the rear side of the house including all new services.
New landscaping around the extension was designed and carried out by Sroka Property Services.
The project from start to finish took Sroka Property Services 5 months.
