New Semi-Detached House in Oxfordshire

Our project on Wilmot Close in Witney, Oxfordshire, involved the construction of a new semi-detached house from the ground up.

This modern two-storey home offers a spacious interior of approximately 900 square feet (84 square meters). The ground floor includes an open-plan kitchen/dining area and living space, as well as a bathroom. The first floor features three bedrooms and an additional bathroom, providing ample space for family living.

On the ground floor, we installed underfloor heating in the living area, adding comfort and maximising floor space by eliminating the need for wall-mounted radiators.

The kitchen/dining area is fully equipped with modern appliances and designed to capture natural light, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere.

At the rear of the property, we landscaped a small patio and garden area and included a gated driveway for private, off-street parking.
