Complete House Renovation in Oxfordshire
When the owners of a property on Abbey Road in Witney, Oxfordshire, reached out, they wanted a full home renovation to modernise their space.
The original ground floor featured a large open-plan kitchen/dining area with lounge space, alongside separate garage and storage spaces. To enhance functionality and space, we extended the front and rear of the property, converted the garage into two additional rooms, and upgraded the driveway.
The kitchen was outdated and needed a refresh. We transformed it with new lighting, worktops, cabinets, flooring, and appliances. With the open-plan layout downstairs, we also installed new wood flooring and upgraded the lighting throughout the living area.
The bathroom was originally outdated with white tiles and blue accessories. We overhauled it with sleek grey tiling, a new toilet, basin, and a large walk-in shower, adding functionality and a modern touch. To retain a bath in the home, we added a second bathroom featuring a shower/bath combo, toilet, and washbasin.
Outside, the garden had become overgrown and difficult to maintain. To create a usable outdoor space, we added artificial grass and a new patio, offering a welcoming area for residents to enjoy during the warmer months.
