New Build House in Witney, Oxfordshire
Sroka Property Services completed the construction of a new build house in Witney, Oxfordshire, on Wilmot Close. The project involved building a modern two-storey, semi-detached home from the ground up.
With approximately 900 square feet (84 m²) of internal space, the property provides three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The ground floor features an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, designed to make practical use of the available space and natural light.
Underfloor heating was installed in the ground-floor living area, providing a comfortable heating solution without the need for wall-mounted radiators. The kitchen and dining area was fitted with modern appliances, creating a functional space for everyday living.
External works included landscaping the rear patio and garden, alongside the provision of a gated driveway for private off-street parking.
